Responsibilities
What you will do
You will be responsible for a span of 10 to 20 employees, comprised of the Test team supporting Oracle Health projects in Sweden, but not necessarily strictly limited to that team. The position will report directly to the aligned Consulting Manager for the Engagement Management and Integration Architects of the Nordics and Benelux countries. Specific experience as a test manager, project manager or Millennium consultant is not required, but knowledge and interest of these fields, and experience with healthcare IT projects, is a strong plus.
Improve employee support by increasing employees’ access to mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities
Lead their teams to deliver high-quality projects to clients that meet or exceed their expectations and requirements
Demonstrate leadership skills, strategic thinking, and business acumen in their work
Participate in organizational planning, recruiting, and administrative management functions
Support processes for project planning and staffing, to ensure future pipeline demand can be met while efficiently managing human resources
Contribute to the vision, strategy, culture, and values of Oracle Health Consulting and Oracle as a whole
Travel up to 20%
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience and 1 year of team leadership experience
Experience with or interest in the practice and methodologies of project management
Knowledge of Millennium solutions is a plus
Fluent in English; Swedish language is a major plus
