**[Location [Granbury, TX [Growing family-owned electrical company on Weatherford Highway needs a purchasing/warehouse assistant. The responsibilities include requesting quotes from various vendors via email, maintaining a purchasing log, storing materials, picking and packing orders, and keeping the warehouse organized. Previous warehouse experience and electrical material knowledge a plus. Ideal candidate is highly organized and able to multitask.

• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and place in pick-up area)
• Receive, sort, and store delivered and returned materials.
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
• Report any discrepancies.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Operate and maintain warehouse and equipment.
• Be able to identify Electrical products by size, type, and style.
• Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quality and logistical expenses.
• Collaborating with Warehouse to ensure that they fulfill all Electricians requests.
• Negotiating sale agreements and supply contracts in ways that benefit our company.
• Coordinating with shipping agencies and sellers to ensure timely deliveries and oversee the integrity and quality of delivered goods and services.

• Valid Texas Driver s License
