Job Title: SMT Tech - Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled SMT Tech - Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the electronics manufacturing industry, focusing on medical devices and cell phone components. The production floor adheres to clean room standards and meets static/electric safe requirements.

This position is for a 3rd shift opening from 11pm to 7am, with training on 1st shift for 1-3 months before moving to the 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

  • Handle troubleshooting and adjustments of SMT machines.

  • Support start-ups and changeovers according to the production schedule.

  • Respond to down machine calls for SMT when maintenance is engaged with other projects or machines.

Essential Skills

  • 2-4 years of recent experience with start-ups and troubleshooting/adjustments on SMT machines.

  • Experience with PCBA machines and related tasks.

  • Knowledge of electrical, PLC, robotics, SMT, PCB, PCBA, and printed circuit board systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Work history in robotics and automation technology.

  • Ability to work with small parts and possess good dexterity.

  • Willingness to work Saturdays.
