Robert Half Desktop Support Analyst in Grand Haven, Michigan

Your responsibilities in this role
Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Supply computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Retain, investigate, and restore computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions
Arrange hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters Requirements
2+ years of desktop support or other related experience
Adeptness in Peripheral Devices
Onsite Support experience highly desired
Foundational knowledge in Apple OS
Tier 2 Support experience
Hardware & software installation experience preferred
Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows 7 in an Active Directory environment
Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
