Responsibilities
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Responsible for and coordinates preventative maintenance records for all equipment associated with the Center for Medicare and Medicad Services and Joint Commission standards and other facility requirements.
Reports on, develops solutions for, tracks and manages the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) and associated software tools and reports as necessary for effective planning and scheduling of maintenance.
Develops, analyzes and reports on the Preventative Maintenance work order efficiency and back log to ensure proper monitoring and timely completion of work orders.
Maintains a current asset and equipment inventory as well as maintenance records in the computer maintenance management system.
Manages parts inventory and purchases repair parts, maintains inventory consistent with budget and functional priority of equipment maintained.
Develops and manages parts kitting process for maintenance teams.
Develops policies and procedures as they relate to Preventative Maintenance.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of computer systems and productivity software.
Skill to read and interpret building drawings.
Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and professional building standards.
Project management skills along with good communication skills. Ability to work with teams in a collaborative system.
PREFERRED Qualifications
High School Diploma.
Associates Degree focused on Building Maintenance or Computer Science.
Experience in building maintenance and building construction.
Pay Range
$22.89 - $33.20 /hour
