  • Location: Grand Island, Nebraska
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Compensation: $16/hour

Job Description for the Title Specialist position: As a Title Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our operations by meticulously gathering and verifying documentation for title processing. Responsibilities of the Title Specialist:

  • Ensuring the accuracy of information such as sales tax, assignments, signatures and other critical details.
  • Whether it's perfected or non-perfected titles, your keen eye will ensure that everything is in order and checked in promptly.
  • Handling customer requests for title issues will be part of your daily routine collaborating closely with title agencies and Docs/Funding to guarantee a seamless resolution within established timelines.
  • Communication is key and you'll be the linchpin between internal requests for title status and the comprehensive follow-up process.

Educational Qualification for the Title Specialist position:

  • Minimum requirement of a High School Diploma or GED.

Experience Required for the Title Specialist position:

  • While 2+ years of experience in vehicle title-related roles is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds and are committed to providing training for those who bring a strong desire to excel in this field.

Skills Required for the Title Specialist position:

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
