JOB SUMMARY

Handles some aspects of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable working with shared services groups to resolve issues. Assists with month-end close.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports Customer Service. Handles all aging concerns with customers. Creates month-end journal entries Reconciles general ledger accounts. Contacts customers with overdue invoices and makes arrangements for payments. Reconciles goods receipts with no invoices May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Products Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.

The hourly pay range for this role is $16.92 - $30.45. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, education (if requirement noted above), geographic location, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: July 31, 2024.
