A Learning and Development enthusiast with a flair for creating and rolling out training programs that truly engage and inspire. You thrive in dynamic settings to assess and break down training needs, craft curricula and measure their impact. Your analytical brain loves using data to make things better and your top-notch presentation skills help you deliver that info in an impactful and easy to understand way.

WHAT YO U’LL DO :

  • Training Program Development:

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization.

  • Design and develop comprehensive and immersive training experiences, including e-learning and instructor-led courses for both in-person and virtual delivery.

  • Create engaging and effective training materials using a variety of instructional techniques and formats.

  • Training Delivery:

  • Facilitate training sessions for employees at all levels, utilizing various delivery methods (in-person, virtual, hybrid).

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

  • Program Management:

  • Manage the logistics of training programs, including scheduling, enrollment, and tracking attendance.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee training and development activities.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.

  • Regularly review and update training programs to ensure they meet evolving organizational needs.

  • Collaborate operating units and group managers to align training initiatives with business goals.

  • Develop and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

    WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or a related role.

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.

  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories.

  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and learning management systems (LMS).

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to travel 10%

  • Bilingual is a plus!
