Job Title: 3rd Shift Process Technician
Join our team as a 3rd Shift Process Technician, working from 11:00pm to 7:15am, including every other weekend on Saturday. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift during the first week from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Job Description
Operate Cincinnati presses, handling machines from 350 ton to 1950 ton, and work with materials such as nylon, polypropylene, and Acetal.
Collaborate with mold setters and material handlers to manage resin placement, checking valve gates, troubleshooting issues on plastic injection machines, and maintaining proper setup of material, heat, and water.
Use a detailed check sheet for tracking processes across machines and troubleshoot robotic issues, engaging a robot programmer for complex reprogramming needs.

Work Environment
The position is based in a dynamic manufacturing setting in Grand Rapids, within a 2-mile radius encompassing 4 main facilities.
