We need individuals who are passionate about making a difference by helping others. 

We are seeking an Associate Director of Outpatient Director Responsible for directing and overseeing the delivery of clinical services and monitoring outcomes provided in the Network180 Outpatient Clinic.  Provide clinical leadership and expertise for outpatient services including services for individuals with mild to moderate mental illness, severe mental illness, substance use disorders, and severe emotional disturbance.

*This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are no scheduled evening or weekend hours, however there are periodic phone consultation coverage needs after hours.   This assignment is in person at 790 Fuller Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI 49503. *

*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: *

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Counseling Psychology.

Fully Licensed in the State of Michigan as a Master Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Psychologist.

At least five years of progressively more responsible experience in human services. 

At least two years of supervisory experience.

MCBAP certification as a CAADC required.

Knowledge of crisis intervention and treatment methodology.

Training in and experience with providing Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job related use.

Computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs.

*PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: *

Experience delivering Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) within the structure of a DBT consultation program. 

Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
