Salary: $85,000-$98,000

Position Summary: As the Director of Custom Applications and Web Development, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of our web presence and custom applications. You will oversee our Salesforce implementation, ensuring that our digital resources effectively support the needs of our university community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic plans for web, mobile, and multimedia technologies. • Collaborate with university leadership to implement custom software projects. • Hire, train, and mentor a talented team of developers. • Create training strategies for users of the University's Content Management System. • Manage budgets, internal customer relationships, and project lifecycles. • Partner with enrollment and marketing teams to create an engaging website. • Ensure compliance with FERPA guidelines and data security standards. • Foster a culture of customer service excellence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus. • 5+ years of experience in web programming or team management. • Proven expertise in Salesforce development and custom software solutions (C#/.NET). • Strong knowledge of web technologies (CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, PHP, etc.). • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to inclusivity.
