Thank you.Description OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Finance Director, Continuous Improvement and Governance. This key position will be responsible for leading and driving continuous improvement initiatives within Perrigo while developing and ensuring adherence to governance model set out for our new operating model.Scope of the RoleDevelop and implement strategies for continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality throughout the organization.Lead cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, utilizing various methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with internal standards, industry regulations, and best practices especially in the space of Perrigo Business Services.Monitor and evaluate existing processes and systems to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to prioritize improvement initiatives based on strategic objectives and resource availability.Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams throughout the continuous improvement lifecycle, from inception to implementation and evaluation.Conduct regular assessments and audits to measure the effectiveness of improvement efforts and identify areas for further enhancement.Be a change agent to develop the culture of creating a continuous improvement mindset across the organization, develop training programs and workshops to build organizational capability in continuous improvement methodologies and governance principles.Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning within the organization.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities and risks.Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Proven track record of at least 5 years in leading continuous improvement and governance initiatives in a corporate environment.Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and other process improvement methodologies.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision-making.Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar disciplines is highly desirable.Strong understanding of information technology systemsExperience in a global shared services organization environment, desirableAbility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.External applicants please note: To apply to this position please click the APPLY button at the bottom of the application.
