Oversee Inventory control and Cycle count process. Act as liaison between Scheduling and Production for Advanced Scheduler feature of UKG timekeeping system in Work Force Ready. Learn associated Software systems (Financial, ERP/MRP, Payroll/Time) and be able to trouble shoot Operations Support issues within those systems effectively. Identify and implement continuous improvement programs using problem analysis and resolution skills. Works independently, efficiently manages time, and uses experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Employ effective, respectful and persuasive spoken and written communication skills. Ensure compliance with work instructions and/or Quality Management System (QMS) procedures. Ensure adherence to all current company policies. Ensure effective employee relations. Maintain highest levels of ethics and confidentiality. Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others including wearing mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Functions effectively in a fast paced, diverse, team environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Associates degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience. Three or more years related experience. Advanced ability to operate basic computer equipment and peripherals as well as company standard software. Advanced ability in use of Financial and HRIS software. Able to effectively perform all basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.) Ability to effectively read, interpret and communicate industry and customer specific documentation. Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check. Satisfactory completion of a drug screening test. Verified eligibility for employment in the United States. Valid state-issued driver's license. Environment and Physical Demands: A traditional work week (M-F) with MDI core hours. Work during Non-traditional hours periodically required. Frequently works in a typical office setting which includes; Frequently sit, use of computer monitor, mouse, and keyboard, standard telephone, hearing and talking. Occasionally lift, reach, rotate hands, stoop, kneel, or crouch Occasionally works in a typical factory environment (high noise levels, machinery, conveyors, dust, chemicals, odors and temperature fluctuations). Other: Some travel within the state and limited outside of state.
