Job Title: Assembly Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Candidate will be performing preventive maintenance on automated plastics assembly equipment. This role involves mechanical and electrical maintenance. The ideal candidate must have experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment independently.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on hydraulics and pneumatics
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment
Repair mechanical and electrical components
Run cost reports to ensure equipment repairs are within budget
Essential Skills
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Mechanical troubleshooting required
Hydraulic and pneumatic repair experience
Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues (a plus)
Experience with PLCs (a plus)
Very reliable and able to take initiative
Additional Skills & Qualifications
A mechanical degree (a plus)
Experience with industrial maintenance, blueprints, welding, and 3-phase motors
Experience with conveyors and industrial maintenance repair

Work Environment
Very high-tech, fast-paced working environment. You will be working with a team of 40+ maintenance technicians. Training will be on any shift for the first few months before transitioning to 3rd shift. If training on 1st shift is not possible, accommodations can be made. Shift differentials include an additional $1.00 for 2nd and 3rd shifts, and an additional $1.00 for weekend shifts (in addition to shift differential if applicable). Shift hours are as follows: 2nd shift: 3pm - 11:30pm, 3rd shift: 11pm - 7:30am, day shift weekend: 7am - 7pm Saturday-Monday, night shift weekend: 7pm - 7am Saturday-Monday. Note: Some roles may require starting 6-12 minutes earlier for pass down time.

The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $56160.00
