H C Associates, LLC RN Case Manager Float in Grandville, Michigan

We need an enthusiastic RN Case Manager/Float Nurse who will be a patient advocate and encourage the nurses they are supervising. There will be times when you get to work in the field as well, so you can still give that one-on-one patient care you were called to do.
We have an exceptional company that cares not only for our patients but also for all of our staff. Case management at Community Care Givers is multi-faceted and flexible. You visit your patients monthly, maintain care plans and doctor's orders, you work with a great team: human resources, scheduling, case managers, biller and our supervisor. Every day is different. Our nurses provide hourly nursing to come along side families and school districts to help. Our field nurses supervise the schools districts, ride the bus and assist students at school.
Pay Range: $32-34/Hour
