Customer Service Program Relations (TX or IL)- Landsberg Orora

Position Summary

Our Customer Service Level 3 are a key link between our customers and Sales Representatives ensuring the highest levels of service and customer satisfaction. The Customer Service Level 3 will work with complex clients, providing high-touch service for our distribution business.  A passion to provide service and solve problems with strong communication skills is essential.

Reports to: Regional Customer Service Manager

Location: Hybrid (Grapevine, TX or Lockport, IL facility)

FSLA: Non-exempt

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Customer Service Program Relations (Level 3) will:

  • Provide a high level of customer service to ranking/President’s Club Packaging Consultants/Sales

  • Handle all customer quote requests

  • Provide expertise is solving customer problems

  • Perform Contract Review

  • Work with the customers on product substitution when required

  • Effectively and timely communication with customers as needed

  • All duties in OPS CS- Levels 1-2

  • Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as requested.

Depending on the business supporting, the CS Level 3 may:

  • Provide customers assistance with product issues

  • Manage customer pricing

  • Assist with sales onboarding and training

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required

  • 5+ years in customer service, account management, inside sales experience required

  • Extensive SAP, Excel and/or Smartsheet’s experience required
