Reports To: Behavioral Health Director/Chief Operations Officer Key Responsibilities: * Provide evidence-based, solution-focused behavioral health interventions. * Support patients who frequently use emergency departments for non-urgent care. * Conduct assessments and provide therapy for adults with mental health issues, substance-use disorders, and medical complications. * Develop and implement integrated treatment plans. * Consult with physicians on mental health issues. * Complete clinical and billing documentation. * Participate in meetings and collaborate with other providers and community agencies. * Provide culturally appropriate interventions and crisis support. Requirements: * Valid California license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. * Master’s degree in social work. * Completion of California internship requirements. * Administrative competence in record keeping. * Alignment with WSMC mission and values. Preferred Experience: * Expertise in evidence-based therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Harm Reduction. * Knowledge of medical and behavioral health interactions. * Experience with diverse populations and Medi-Cal requirements.
