Analog Design Engineer (f/m/d)
Job Description
The purpose of this position is to produce high quality Analog design of integrated circuit development projects, including hands-on, block level design from specification to clean database. You will be expected to utilise and drive best practise and support colleagues technically as appropriate.
Principal Accountabilities:
Design, verification and simulation of CMOS analog blocks for power management circuits including voltage references, bias circuits, comparators and amplifiers meeting performance, area and power specifications.
Collaboration with layout engineers, to ensure quality of layout of own design.
Deliver silicon design characterization.
Perform Lab evaluation in collaboration with Applications Engineers for own design.
Produce high quality documentation for own IP blocks in line with company development flow.
Take proactive approach to driving own development plan, utilizing team members and internal development opportunities.
Working closely with DFT engineers to ensure that own blocks follow existing strategy and implementation for DFT.
Any ad hoc tasks as deemed reasonable by your manager.
This position is subject to the Collective Agreement of the Electrical and Electronics Industry, employment group F-G ( https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times a year. However, we offer a higher salary depending on your experience and qualifications.
Qualifications
Typically 2–5 years of experience.
Mastered basic job duties.
Work independently on straightforward tasks, with little direction from manager.
Can exercise judgement within defined procedures to determine best action.
Cross-cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Results-oriented and able to deliver on-time under tight schedule.
Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
Flexible to undertake occasional international travel at short notice.
Excellent command of verbal and written English.
Ability to propose innovative solutions.
Concise and precise communication and presentation skills within multisite and multicultural environment
Degree level qualification in Electronics engineering or a related discipline typically required.
