Primary Function

• The physical therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient?s comprehensive plan of care.

Position Qualifications (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)

• Experience:

• • Two years min. preferred. Would consider entry level candidates.

• Education and Training:

• • Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy with a Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, or Doctorate degree
  • Ability to comprehend and write the English language.

• License, Certification & Registration:

• • MAPT - Current MA license to practice physical therapy.
  • Current and Valid Driver\'s license

• Other Requirements:

• • Ability to use rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to:

  • • Splints
    • Orthoses
    • Prosthesis
    • Wheelchairs
    • ADL Equipment
    • Modalities
