ACCOUNT RELATIONS SPECIALIST/ BACKUP TELLERPOSITION SUMMARYThis position is responsible for determining the financial needs and services of new customers and cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers within the policies, objectives and guidelines established by the Bank. This position is also responsible for assisting customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and managing account changes and updates. This position will also assist the Teller Department as needed. This position is 40 hours a week QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Ability to type, use a 10-key, use a calculator, use a computer and appropriate software such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of banking terminology and basic accounting principles is also needed.
