Job Description: Utility Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and reviewing utility relocation designs with Design Engineers of Joint Venture projects.
Breaking down plan sets and organizing by work scope in BOX or other Joint Venture tracking program.
Correspondence tracking and filing in BOX or other Joint Venture tracking program.
Manage subcontractors performing utility relocations that are in contract.
Coordinate with out of contract utility companies to ensure timely and successful relocations.
Material and shop drawing submittals and tracking.
Utility relocation tracking and management.
COINS labor, equipment, material, and quantities tracking as needed. COINS CTC forecasting, equipment schedule update and staffing schedule update.
Assist Project Manager with 3 Week Look Ahead schedules and work planning of utility relocations.
project numbers and codes.
quantity and production rates.
staff and equipment schedule/needs.
Quantity verification and owner pay estimates and billing.
Assist Project Manager with project log updates and maintenance.
Update project meeting minutes and action items (project log).
Assist with P6 project schedule updates and modifications, especially regarding utility relocations.
Assist with development of project change orders and claims.
Manage office admin and field Engineering staff to support your role.
Coding and submittal of invoicing to office for AP.
Manage confirmation of subcontractor billing with Joint Venture administration.
Assist with planning, cost analysis, and design of pursuits.
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and COINS .
Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
Self-starter and ability to work unsupervised.
Team player and self-motivated to succeed.
Periodic daily travel required.
Legally able to work in the US.
Valid Driver’s License.
