Inventory
Inventory routines
Monthly data preparation for inventory closing
Monthly KPI
Preparation for Inventory Council
Facilitating the Inventory Council
Monthly Excess Inventory PPT
Quarterly Excess Inventory & ATP files
Routine follow up with the sites & to challenge them towards the path to the target
Yearly AOP inventory preparation
RM-GR & Path to target
follow up on actions with the sites & commercial (weekly/monthly)
Yearly AOP RM-GR preparation
Change Management
Managing the project in sales force
Routine site meetings for all projects
Routine Teva & commercial meetings on all change management projects
Supporting improvement projects on changes
Your experience and qualifications
B.Sc./M.Sc./BE or B.Tech. in chemical engineering
With minimum 7 years of experience in project management in SCM
Reports To
Sr. Director-Global Supply Chain-TAPI
