Insight Global Environmental Consultant in Greeley, Colorado

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an Environmental Consultant to join an upstream oil and gas client in Greeley, CO on their environmental team. The Advisor will be supporting the remediation and spill teams through a variety of different responsibilities, majority of which will include project management, quality control & assurance for form submittals & collaboration/communication between various teams.

Project Management

 Managing & tracking progress for spills & remediation projects

 Management of client's various environmental contractors and vendors

 Ensuring permits have been approved

 Ensuring safety requirements are being met in the field

Quality Control & Assurance

 Conduct quality checks on forms 27 & 19 to ensure compliance with State requirements and Client standards to identify errors and/or discrepancies

 Data analysis of forms that have been denied/received negative feedback from stakeholders to find patterns and figure out solutions

 Participation in process improvement initiatives to enhance form quality and efficiency.

Collaboration & Communication

 Handle communication and relationship building between internal and external stakeholders/vendors

 Supporting the HSE Advisors, remediation & spill teams

This is a hybrid role in Greeley, CO with 3 days in office Tues-Thurs and a 9/80 work schedule. There will be field time and the candidate must be willing/able to use his/her own vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed at $.67/mile and pay is starting at $65 an hour and is flexible for the right person.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree with focus in Earth Science, Geology, Engineering or Environmental Studies

 Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience within an environmental engineer, geology, environmental or similar HSE role

 Knowledge of ECMC and CDPHE regulations and reporting requirements, specifically related to Forms 27 and 19

 Strong communication/listening skills

 Strong analytics skills Power BI experience

 Oil and gas experience null
