JOB REQUIREMENTS: Green Bay Drop Forge is looking for a CNC Operator to join our team! Who are we? Enjoy the many benefits that we have to offer including, but not limited to: First shift hours Three-day weekends A family-oriented culture Opportunities for career advancement Medical, dental, vision Flexible spending account Paid disability Insurance Company provided life insurance 401k with a company match Tuition reimbursement Referral program Employee assistance program Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operate the CNC\'s (machine shop and die room) Retrieve dies and trim tooling Put away dies and trim tooling Prepare dies for the forge shop which includes looking over the dies and grinding or polishing if needed Get trim tooling, hole punches, and coin tooling ready to run Sharpen trim tooling, hole punches and coin tooling when needed Cutting and squaring up stock for any tooling needed Bench dies Taking part casts or assist in taking part casts Required abilities: Interpret and read blueprints Machine to blueprint specifications Ability to work as a team Work efficiently and productively Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Knowledge of the following will be required: CNC vertical machines Manual milling machines Automatic and manual surface grinders Hand grinders Band saw Drill presses Forklift operation Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Lifting up to 100 + lbs Pushing/Pulling Climbing Reaching overhead Green Bay Drop Forge is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
