About the Role:
The Manager, Integration Accounting is responsible for overseeing and leading the transactional accounting and management reporting for any integration accounting activities as part of the Financial Shared Service Record to Report team. This position will be involved in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Plant Accounting, Transactional/GAAP accounting, systems processes, SEC and Management reporting for any acquisition, divestiture, or integration. This includes responsibility for executing any TSA (transition service agreement) entered into by TreeHouse. The position will report to the Sr Manager, Record to Report.
This position is responsible for leading a rotating team that handles internal and external financial reporting tasks, SG&A transactions and reporting, payroll accounting, balance sheet accounting, variance accounting and reporting, month end close in order to execute company acquisitions, integrations, and any TSA agreements. This position will also be responsible for any internal and external audit and tax requests, system go lives and training related to integration. Review and research customer deductions and update the accounting record system with the necessary detailed information.

Manage the integration accounting team (team will rotate based on the current projects) during the month end process and on regular reporting and integration projects and processes.
Accountable for the overall performance and tasks prepared for both the onshore and offshore teams, providing guidance and resolving escalated issues.
Involvement in confidential accounting transactions
Assist with and review of SEC reports and footnotes where applicable for integration work
Assist with acquisition system integrations. Includes but not limited to acquisition accounting, SAP integrations, and providing corporate guidance to Controllers from newly acquired entities.
Accounting system support – The Senior Manager, Integration Accounting is the key resource for identifying an improving the overall legacy accounting systems, processes, and procedures. They will assist in the development of new tools to help evaluate process improvements, including data downloads and analysis.
This position will be the primary Financial Shared Services representative on SAP implementation projects. This includes participating in the implementation of SAP ERP at manufacturing plants.
Divestiture and carve-out accounting will be the responsibility of the Senior Manager, Integration Accounting to ensure accuracy of companies TreeHouse Foods may be supporting through a Transition Services Agreement (TSA). Oversee and manage the team(s) performing day to day integration and divestiture accounting.
