Position Summary Fincantieri Marine Group (FMG) is looking for a Data Architecture and ETL who will be responsible for managing and analyzing complex data sets across multiple ERP systems to support business operations and decision-making. He/She will work closely with cross-functional team to identify business requirements, develop and maintain data models, and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security. They also provide expertise in data architecture, tools, and technologies, and continuously improve data governance practices and standards. Essential Skills and Functions Design and maintain data warehouse data models, data flows, and data dictionaries to support business operations and analytics. Identify and analyze data requirements, sources, quality, and integrity, and provide recommendations for data management and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements, reports, and dashboards.
