The Opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Gameday Compliance Auditor to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Gameday Compliance Auditor, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison for the Human Resources department regarding alcohol service and utilizing expertise on policies to ensure that all team members are serving alcohol responsibly. Responsibilities
Assist with training and communicating alcohol service policies to associates and volunteers
Monitor staff to ensure that all alcohol service policies are being followed; address and report any deviations to management
Discuss alcohol service policies with staff to correct violations
Assist staff with completing alcohol incident reports when necessary
Assist with checking in volunteer staff prior to gates opening on game days
Manage our Company's GuestPath Universal Service Standards validations
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
Previous experience with alcohol sales and service preferred
Ability to be assertive and provide corrective coaching to others
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities
Ability to work independently
Ability to use creativity to engage associates in policies, the Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards, and applicable Operational Standards
Expected to work all Packers home games (including Family Night, pre-season, and playoff games) and special events
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift, including walking up and down stairs and lifting as the work duties demand
Ability to work extended days and hours, including evenings and weekends, based on schedule needs
May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season
May be exposed to crowded areas and varying noise levels
