We are looking for an RN ready to provide weekly & monthly infusion in the locations below: Shifts are: * Every Wednesdays from 3:00pm- 7:00pm - Green Bay, WI * Every other week on Tuesday & Thursday from 11am-1:30pm -Black Creek, WI * 1x month on Thursday from 3:30pm-5:30pm - Luxemburg, WI * 1x month on Tuesday from 4pm-7pm - Casco, WI No Weekends! Online or offline * Flexible schedule * Weekly pay w/ direct deposit * Free Training * Part of a team with DON Oversight * Employee referral bonus * Mobile shift access * Every BrightStar Care location is independently owned and operated * Free continuing education * Employee of the month * Joint Commission accredited We strongly live our value of a work-life balance by providing our employees with the following: * We offer flexible work schedules on a variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments if interested in more than working with this client Responsibilities * Provide thoughtful care to client & patients based on personalized Plan of Care * Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs, and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed * Proactively updates client/patients’ family on plan of care, health changes, and concerns Requirements * Current unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being provided * Current Peripheral IV starts/maintenance & IV Infusion Therapy Injection and self-infusion training Phlebotomy for adult and pediatric patients a MUST * Minimum one (1) year of documented experience required in an acute care setting or health facility, preferredPossess exceptional nursing assessment skills Analytic/Critical thinker. * Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance * Reliable transportation * Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
