Provide administrative support to Financial Advisor/Advisors and team by preparing reports, scheduling client meetings, opening and processing new accounts, performing data entry, handling client service requests, fielding client phone calls and questions, and completing other projects and duties as assigned. As a Wealth Administrative Assistant, you will: * Manage Advisor(s) calendar and schedule client meetings. * Work with Advisor(s) to assist in preparing paperwork and documents for client meetings. * Interface with the custodian to open new accounts, update account information, fill out necessary forms and perform routine tasks such as updating mailing or other instructions. * Maintain information in the CRM system including entering meeting notes and performing account maintenance tasks. * Research and respond to client inquiries, changes, and account maintenance. * Process and submit paperwork, checks, and securities in a timely manner, following to completion. * Attend department meetings and stay current on knowledge of Wealth Management policies, procedures, products, etc. in ever changing regulatory environment. * Maintain internal client file integrity. * Uphold Nicolet\'s philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of Nicolet. * Ability to understand the value of diversity within the workplace and to work successfully with others without regard to age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability status, socioeconomic status or other non-job-related classification. Qualifications * High School diploma or equivalent.
