Insight Global Talent Acquisition Specialist in Green Valley, Arizona

Job Description

Support HR Staff with administrative Talent Acquisition (TA)/HR tasks, reporting and interviewing

 Assist in expediting TA activities and collaborate/liaison with the North America Talent Acquisition team, based out of Phoenix

 Engagement with hiring managers to ensure pipeline candidates align with qualifications and needs of the department

 Assessment of candidates will be conducted via phone screening, formal resume submittals from job postings

SHIFTS:

 Monday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM , Virtual

 Tuesday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM , On-Site at the Sierrita Mine in Green Valley, AZ

 Wednesday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM , Virtual

 Thursday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM , On-Site at the Sierrita Mine in Green Valley, AZ

 Friday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM 5:00 PM , Virtual

Skills and Requirements

Requirements:

 High School diploma or GED and six (6) years of Talent Acquisition/Human Resources-related experience; OR

 Bachelors degree and three (3) years of Talent Acquisition /Human Resources-related experience

 Employment law principles as they apply to recruiting/hiring

 Experience supporting an Operations group in an HR function including recruiting /TA activities

 Ability to pivot and support thirty (30) vacancies, and engage with multiple hiring managers and HR staff members

Additional Details:

 Candidate needs to be highly organized and attentive to details

 Must be able to work in a deadline driven environment, be able to multi-task and reprioritize based on urgency of business needs

 Strong interpersonal skills

 Proficient with technology and business systems null
