What You Need, What You Will Do, and What We Have to Offer:
Education and Experience:
A master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Counseling is required
Must have a t least an associate or temp license (LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A)
Experience in using an electronic health record also preferred
Duties and Functions:
We are currently seeking an individual that feels comfortable and confident delivering in person and telehealth therapy services to Adults and Youth in Putnam County. Depending on the population you are trained to provide services to you may complete diagnostic assessments, formulate treatment plans, and provide ongoing individual, family, and group therapy.
