Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

Base pay is $15 - $16 per hour based on shift. With the Weekly Production Bonus included, pay is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour (the production bonus starts to pay after a 2-week training period). Enjoy weekly pay , direct deposit , holiday pay , and an annual service bonus.

Shifts:

1 st and 2 nd shift available

1 st Shift:

Monday – Friday with potential overtime on Saturdays

Start times are between 6:00am and 6:30am

8- or 9-hour shifts

2nd Shift:

Monday – Friday with potential overtime on Saturdays

Start times are between 4:00pm and 4:30pm

8- or 9-hour shifts

What’s a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You’ll be:

• Using handheld pneumatic tools to assemble landscaping machinery and equipment.

• Packaging products, using scanners to pick parts according to customer orders, and placing them on dollies.

• Following work instructions to build products and ensure high standards of quality.

• Collaborating closely with a team of professionals to ensure timely and precise product delivery.

• Meet the physical demands of standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 35 lbs .
