Day to day as a Field Service Technician
As a Full-Time Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, you\'ll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction byconducting comprehensive site surveysto assess serviceability for new installations. Your responsibilities will includethe installation of new services, where you\'ll utilize your technical skills to deliver seamless connectivity for customers. During service visits, you\'lldiagnose and troubleshoot any connectivity issues, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient solutions to their problems. This position not only emphasizes your problem-solving abilities but also places you at the forefront of enhancing the overall customer experience, making every interaction an opportunity to showcase our commitment to service excellence.
Are you the Field Service Technician we\'re looking for?
To excel as a Full-Time Field Service Technician at Wisper ISP, a range of essential skills and qualifications are required. You must possess a current valid driver\'s license and demonstrate the ability to operate a vehicle safely, without posing a risk to yourself or others. Regular and predictable attendance is crucial, with a commitment to meeting a minimum standard workweek of 40 hours. Additionally, you must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment, without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
Familiarity with telecommunications tools and software will enhance your ability to diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues effectively, contributing to your success in this role. A strong focus on customer service, paired with excellent communication skills, will ensure that you meet the diverse needs of our clients efficiently and professionally.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Current valid Driver\'s License
- Ability to drive a vehicle without presenting a safety risk to self or others
- Ability to be added to Company auto insurance policy(no accidents or speeding tickets within the past 5 years)
- Regular & predictable attendance required- 40 hour minimum standard work week
- Legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
