Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the Non-Profit industry located in GREENSBORO, North Carolina. In this role, you will be accountable for processing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, managing billing operations, and handling grant accounting.
Responsibilities:
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) operations accurately
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
• Manage billing operations ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct data entry tasks related to accounting
• Process invoices with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks
• Operate QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP for various financial operations
• Oversee and manage grant accounting operations
• Maintain and update accurate customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Skilled in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Knowledgeable in Billing processes
• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks efficiently
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Skill in using Oracle financial software
• Familiarity with QuickBooks accounting software
• Experience in using SAP financial software
• Knowledge and experience in Grant Accounting within the non-profit sector
