Inside Parts Sales Representative

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and deliver superior customer service daily.

  • Prepare spare parts quotations, process sales orders, create shipping & invoicing documentation, logistical tracking and follow up with customers

  • Report in ERP Systems, and MS Suite & track warranty claims

  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.

  • Work cross functionally with teams to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

  • Maintain and update databases (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information.

  • Maintain financial accounts, process credits and customer adjustments.

  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Assist with Inventory twice a year.

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

  • Pro-Active Calling: make multiple outbound calls to existing customers.

  • Follow-up on all outstanding quotations

  • Upsell parts

  • Process warranty orders, track customer return material authorizations and work with suppliers for warranty reimbursement

  • Inform customers of deals and promotions

Requirements and Skills

  • 3-5 years of customer service in a distribution or manufacturing environment

  • 3-5 years of MS Office experience, and SAP (preferred) or similar ERP systems.

  • Associates, Bachelors, or technical degree preferred but NOT required.

  • Proven inside sales experience.

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Strong listening and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to customers daily.

  • Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.

  • Self-motivated and self-directed

  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

  • Proven customer support experience

  • Customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of customers.

Note:

This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Greensboro, NC

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
