Inside Parts Sales Representative
Responsibilities
Communicate and deliver superior customer service daily.
Prepare spare parts quotations, process sales orders, create shipping & invoicing documentation, logistical tracking and follow up with customers
Report in ERP Systems, and MS Suite & track warranty claims
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support.
Work cross functionally with teams to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Maintain and update databases (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information.
Maintain financial accounts, process credits and customer adjustments.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner and follow up to ensure resolution.
Assist with Inventory twice a year.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Pro-Active Calling: make multiple outbound calls to existing customers.
Follow-up on all outstanding quotations
Upsell parts
Process warranty orders, track customer return material authorizations and work with suppliers for warranty reimbursement
Inform customers of deals and promotions
Requirements and Skills
3-5 years of customer service in a distribution or manufacturing environment
3-5 years of MS Office experience, and SAP (preferred) or similar ERP systems.
Associates, Bachelors, or technical degree preferred but NOT required.
Proven inside sales experience.
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to customers daily.
Possess an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
Self-motivated and self-directed
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Proven customer support experience
Customer oriented and able to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
Note:
This role is On-Site; thus, open to candidates near/in/around Greensboro, NC
