Robert Half Instructional Systems Designer in Greensboro, North Carolina

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Instructional Systems Designer in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role involves working within the e-learning industry, developing and managing content to fit client needs and performance objectives. The successful candidate will be expected to collaborate with clients and internal teammates to assess, develop, and customize appropriate curriculum and format.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teammates to assess and develop appropriate curriculum and format

• Assist the Sales Team in recommending client solutions

• Develop training outlines/agendas/descriptions for proposals to ensure they meet the required standards

• Customize and manage content to fit the client's needs and performance objectives

• Develop new content as needed and ensure it aligns with the client's performance objectives

• Utilize skills in Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, and Articulate Storyline for content creation

• Apply adult learning theory and blended learning principles in the design and delivery of training materials

• Conduct AB testing on the developed content to ensure its effectiveness

• Create and manage e-Learning modules as part of the training curriculum

• Ensure all deliverables meet the set standards and client expectations. Requirements • Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Adobe Dreamweaver.

• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Articulate Studio.

• Familiarity with AB Testing methods and their implementation.

• Understanding of Adult Learning Theory and its application in instructional design.

• Ability to design and implement blended learning strategies.

• Capable of creating clear and concise deliverables in line with project objectives.

• Experience in developing e-Learning modules for various platforms.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Innovation starts with people.®
