Join our administration department as Senior Data Analyst! Using your education and experience in data and statistical analysis, you will provide insights and recommendations that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Agency services delivered to the community. You will accomplish this by:

• Collecting, cleaning, and managing data reported from the program departments;
• Analyzing data using statistical methods and software to identify trends, patterns, and insights;
• Interpreting data results and provide actionable recommendations to improve program outcomes and service delivery;
• Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations for management, program directors, board members, and other stakeholders;
• Communicating complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner; and
• Training staff on data collection methods, tools, and best practices for improved and consistent data language and processes throughout the agency.

We (Westmoreland Community Action) are a non-profit organization that works to connect individuals and families to opportunities and resources throughout the community to improve their quality of life and help to reduce poverty in the community. This is accomplished through housing, counseling, support, education, intervention, collaborations, partnerships, information, referrals, and networking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the human services or nonprofit sector.
• Proficiency in statistical software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Possess an understanding of HIPPA and Protected Health Information regulations.
• Must be able to obtain child abuse, state police, fingerprint-based criminal background check, and sex offender registry clearances.

Annual salary based on experience. This position is considered exempt.
