Adecco has an opportunity for an Account Service Analyst in Greenville NC

Assignment Length: 4 months, may extend up to 1 year . Work Hours- M-F 8:30AM - 5:30PM.
Pay rate 20.07 an hour.
Role Responsibilities:
Maintain a working knowledge of established departmental policies and procedures, mainframe system applications, and corporate bank policies as they pertain to job assignments.
Respond in a timely manner and effectively process basic to moderate requests, inquiries and proposals received from both external and internal clients. Escalates unresolved or unusual issues as needed to senior staff members or management for guidance and resolution.
Document and communicate efforts accordingly with business centers, collections, and management associates.
Review assigned reports and work queues to provide optimal customer service and reduce risk exposure.
Timely and accurately review, approve, process, and apply payments, transactions, corrections, and fees in accordance with business policies.
Use multiple systems, recording information, importing/entering data, and maintaining records using considerable knowledge of department policy and procedures.
Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:
• Some prior office administration strongly preferred
• Some financial services or banking experience preferred
• Accounts Receivables or Accounting experience
• Microsoft Suite/Microsoft Office/Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Process oriented
• Able to multi-task effectively and efficiently.
A Plus-
• Accounting experience
• Prior financial operations experience
• Basic understanding of loan process, contracts, etc.
•Advanced Excel experience
Pay Details: $20.07 per hour
