Job Title: Specialist, Electrical Engineering – PCB Designer

Job Location: Greenville, Texas – (Responsibilities must be performed on-site.)

Job Schedule: 9/80 Work Schedule – (Every other Friday is a non-workday.)

Job Description:

  • The team designs a wide variety of hardware items ranging from RF/Microwave electronically steered antenna arrays to high speed/high density signal processing enclosures.

  • Candidate is responsible for the printed circuit board layout and documentation for assemblies designed for airborne systems.

  • Proficient CAD skills are required, preferably with Mentor Graphics Xpedition Enterprise, Designer, Layout, Constraint Editor System, and Library Manager.

  • Candidate should have knowledge of multi-layer, mixed dielectric, analog, high speed digital, and RF/Microwave circuit layout.

  • Experience with SAP, NX 9, TeamCenter, Microsoft Office, DFM, DFA, DFT is a plus.

  • Candidate must be able to communicate well with Customers, Systems Engineers, Design Engineers, Planning & Production personnel.

  • Read and interpret block diagrams, wire diagrams, mechanical drawings and circuit schematics

    Job Qualification Requirements:

    Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. A degree in E lectrical Engineering or related technical degree at an accredited university is strongly preferred. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship.

  • Experience in PCB board design.

    Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Experience using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators to test and characterize RF components and equipment

  • Experience generating cost & schedule plans and estimates is a bonus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interfacing with engineering team and management
