Greenwich MedSpa Patient Coordinator, Aesthetics (Part Time) in Greenwich, Connecticut

Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is an industry leading, award winning medical spa providing non-invasive cosmetic treatments. GMS was established in 2005 with the unwavering mission to inspire confidence and empower our patients, employees and communities.

GMS is actively seeking a part-time, high energy, and dedicated individual for our Patient Aesthetics Coordinator position in Greenwich. This role is a patient facing role and serves as the voice and face of the practice. They will not only greet patients in the front of the house, they will be cross functional to help in the treatment rooms and assisting the clinical providers.

A snapshot of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strong understanding of all services and products offered

  • Able to answer inquiries from patients

  • Ability to lead in the sale of product or service

  • Responsible for meeting, greeting and educating patients on skin care products and treatments

  • Scheduling appointments and checking out patients

  • Maintaining all areas of the Medspa - public areas and treatment rooms
