Are you an experienced carpenter seeking a new opportunity in the construction industry Beracah Homes, Inc. is currently hiring a Carpenter to join our team at our Greenwood, DE facility. As a Carpenter, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality construction of modular homes.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications, including layout, dimensions, and materials required.
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, or drywall according to measurements.
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items.
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, and trim, following established safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
