This job requires strong marketing analytic and technical abilities and demands fast, but carefully thought-out results. Strong leadership and control of the work process from beginning to end is necessary. The job centers around developing and implementing new marketing ideas, campaigns, systems and technology, and also analyzing and improving on current ones. A high level of expertise is expected and a deep understanding of the business is needed. Work must be done accurately and timely, while always focusing on accomplishing the goal and demanding the highest quality work. Interest and energy will focus primarily on the business objectives and developing marketing campaigns that support growth. The broad scope of the job demands a factual, direct and authoritative style of communication.

As a Marketing Specialist III, you will serve as a key strategic liaison to internal business partners and external marketing agency partners, outlining clear direction for projects and facilitating the workflow of projects seeing them to completion on budget and on time.You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including establishing robust campaigns including digital, email, social media, website and direct mail and managing to the budget. You will serve as the subject matter expert for Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) leadership to inform on business strategies, budget allocation decisions, and possess the ability to package marketing project information in PowerPoint or other key formats to aid in the efficient communication and management of meetings with key stakeholders. You will provide project management support for complex and strategic NBH Bank divisional brand marketing campaigns (Bank Midwest, Bank of Jackson Hole, Community Banks of Colorado and Hillcrest Bank), in addition to a wide range of marketing and communication projects. Additionally, the Marketing Specialist III is expected to independently manage key projects, write select communications, including associate communications, email blasts, collateral materials, brochures, website content, social media, fliers and posters, assist in the management of meetings and events, and conduct secondary research on financial or banking topics to aid in competitive brand tracking and understanding of client insight The Marketing Specialist III is expected to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal business and functional team members to advance the marketing and communications agenda, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations or Community Affairs or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. 7+ years of relevant job experience in marketing. Strong written communications skills, presentation skills and editing experience, which includes an aptitude for grammar, style and business writing. Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications: Advanced degree or certification in the marketing/communications field. 7-10 years of relevant job experience in marketing-related role Experience working in or with advertising agencies or marketing consultancies Experience in the financial services industry Highly proficient in Power Point, Excel and Word.
