Typical annual pay range for this position is $25.00/hr. - $30.00/hr. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience WHAT YOU'LL DO
Project Support: Set up and revise projects in Merrick's financial system (Deltek Costpoint). Prepare client invoices, monitor unbilled amounts and be able to explain non-current amounts. Demonstrate competence in various accounting software applications, both internal & external client software. File and organize contracts, modifications, and change orders. Reconcile jobs to close out. Serve as liaison between Clients, Project Managers, and Finance & Accounting team as needed. Project Cost: Knowledge of project cost accounting principles. Experience and knowledge of federal government billing and rate adjustment process is a plus. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred or minimum prior experience in a project accounting/similar financial industry role. Client projects for this position require US Citizenship. Employment for this position is dependent upon the successful completion of a credit check PERKS
