We are tasked with helping Personal Lines Sales take meaningful strides every day towards our North Star goals. We collaborate with teammates within sales and outside of sales to solve the most pressing problems and we have a culture focused on working together to drive results, uncover opportunities and prepare for the future. About 60% of our time is focused on optimizing results today and about 40% of our time is focused on where we are going in the future.

This role will have a Hybrid work arrangement, with the expectation of working in an office (Add locations) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday).

This role can be hired at different levels depending on background and experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly inspect the business using analysis of metrics and results to strategically identify Opportunities and emerging trends

  • Support the PL Sales organization and lead Continuous Improvement efforts

  • Collect and analyze Voice of the employee and integrate feedback into streamlined processes and improved employee and customer experience

  • Manage and/or support multiple high-impact and complex projects including accurate scoping and planning, establishing milestones and implementation plans

  • Stay highly connected and engaged with teammates and stakeholders across the organization

  • Influence key business partners to drive outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data-driven professional environment with a proven track record of success is required; Sales experience is preferred but not required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Project Management – yellow belt/Agile/other?

  • Highly driven and self-motivated individual with strategic mindset and a strong desire to win.

  • Excellent Analytical capability

  • Strong root cause problem solving skills

  • Ability to regularly reprioritize resources based on the changing needs of the business and the external market

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders and collaborate across the organization

  • Change Management expertise

  • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving capability

Compensation

The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:

$88,720 - $133,080
