Merrick & Company Survey Technician I in Greenwood Village, Colorado
OVERVIEW
Merrick & Company is seeking career and quality minded individuals for challenging projects including all types of Boundary, GPS, Photogrammetry, Easement/Right of Way, ALTAs, Topographic and As-Built Surveys. Qualified candidates will be responsible for performing survey related research, performing survey calculations, and creating final survey deliverables. Successful candidate will work under direct supervision of a Land Surveyor. This is a full time position based out of our Greenwood Village (Denver metro), CO office. Approximate start date of May/June. Typical annual pay range for this position is $20 - $24 per hour. Pay offered may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Collaborating with other disciplines. Follow schedules and budget commitments. Work independently. Possesses good written and oral communications skills. Ability to problem solve. Preparation of legal description and exhibits. Drafting monumented land survey plats. Drafting topographical and contour maps. Working with HDS point clouds. Assisting with field assignments, as needed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be proficient in utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. High School diploma or GED required. Local candidates only. Must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and be insurable under Merrick's insurance carrier. Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to do survey related research is desired. Associates or Technical Two year degree preferred. PERKS
