The Program Facilitator position offers a unique opportunity to build and facilitate a comprehensive rotational program for recent college graduates who will undergo a structured 18-month rotational program within various departments of the Bank. This role will be an integral part of preparing these participants for future advancement opportunities within our organization. As a Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the programs such as the Management Associate Program within our organization. This role involves coordinating and facilitating the program, providing guidance and support to participants, and ensuring the successful completion of the program objectives. The facilitator will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and valuable experience for program participants. The primary responsibilities will be focused on ensuring the program and participants meet their milestones over the course of a 12-month program. You will coordinate and oversee all aspects of the program and will collaborate with department leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives while monitoring and tracking participant progress through the program providing updates and feedback to both the participants and stakeholders. This role includes a variety of other tasks including developing relationships with internal business partners to identify a future growth track for the program and the participants. The Program Facilitator is expected to build a great rapport with fellow associates, while treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business administration, or a related discipline). Proven experience in program management or facilitation, preferably in a rotational program or talent development role. 3 years of experience within Banking Desired Skills: Ideal candidates for this position should possess some or all of the following skills: Masters Degree in a relevant field 3 years of experience within Banking with a focus on Credit Management and Commercial Banking. Passionate and motivated self-starter Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work in a fast-paced environment.
