The Marketing Manager (d/f/m) – Cell Therapy for Cytiva is responsible for developing and executing global marketing plans to build awareness of Cytiva’s value proposition across cell therapy workflows.

This position is part of the Marketing department located in Grens, Switzerland and will be hybrid with three days in the office and two days mobile work. This position does not include a team responsibility. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Support and orchestrate the market analysis activities to monitor the market trends, customer needs, buying cycles, competition landscapes, cell therapy applications and workflow

  • Develop inputs to support NPI development and product positioning

  • Work with key opinion leaders and key customers to influence the product roadmap strategies and marketing activities

  • Development and execution of global marketing plans (marketing strategy, customer segmentation and targeting, positioning and value proposition development, messaging and market value development, etc.)

  • Interact with cross-functional teams to create global marketing initiatives and support campaigns that showcase the breadth of capabilities within the Cytiva business. Lead the development of marketing collaterals in partnership with different stakeholders

Who you are:

  • Successfully completed studies in molecular biology, biochemistry, biology or similar qualifications, preferable MSc. or Ph.D. Strong practical and technical knowledge in the field of advanced therapies

  • Several years of relevant experience in the area of sales/ marketing

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to balance multiple, competing priorities and deadlines

  • Proven ability to plan and execute; to think strategically and translate tactics that can be implemented to drive customer preference and demand for cell therapy solutions

  • Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in a B2B company with multimatrix structures
