Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience. Application End Date: November 30th, 2024 Responsibilities This role leads all aspects of a project design from the initial concept design through the startup and commissioning process Design new control panel products, as needed, meeting specific client criteria. Provide technical support to panel tech and field leads with shop and field-related questions. Participate in commissioning during First Article Inspection with the client present. Assist in root cause analysis of issues, collaborating on continuous improvement efforts and new ideas, adapting to the client's designs and concepts. Act as a technical expert by working through technical issues with the client, then effectively communicating this information to internal delivery teams. Build a collaborative relationship with the client through regular communication, follow up, and feedback gathering, while working within their framework. Work directly with vendors on a technical level to assist the supply chain team in building and maintaining strong relationships. Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth communication and troubleshooting on technical issues. Troubleshoot and train on equipment and installation issues with field staff and technicians. Demonstrate new equipment and technologies to train technicians on the latest industry standards. Apply creative problem-solving and adaptability to quickly adjust to evolving designs and concepts in a fast-paced, dynamic
