Position Summary:

Responsible for the placement of transport equipment for boarding, ensures the required equipment known with the needs of their client, likewise matches these needs with the transport budget, monitors the monitoring of the units once it leaves the route, negotiates with stores special requirements, anticipates the requirements of new business units, walks the yards to track the inventory of units and validates order and cleanliness, responsibilities include day-to-day supervision of 4-5 employees; includes training, payroll, performance review, discipline, and scheduling of work assignments.

Position Responsibilities:

Ensures and monitors compliance with the delivery schedule, assigning authorized suppliers, complying with the budget and indicators of use and optimization of the area, as well as the monitoring required to comply with our customer service in a timely manner

It follows up on the own training and of its work team, virtual (LG,) and face-to-face.

Provide your team with the tools to carry out their activities.

Administration - Follow up the administrative part of the department, follow up the creation of new routes, ensure the documentation of the units loaded, maintain the DS (delivery schedule) validating that the load path is uniform in time, load and cost for the DC .

It has communication with the areas of the distribution center and stores to follow up on the needs of the transport, likewise it supervises the scheduling of suppliers for receipt in DC on a daily basis. Validate the schedule for collection of special merchandise (recall)

Constant decision making to address the setbacks that arise and ensure the optimal performance of the indicators.

Position Requirements:

• Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.

• Area of Study: Logistics or administrative.

• Years of Experience: Three to five years.

• Type of Experience: Distribution/Warehouse
