Account Sales Representative (Job Number: 212916W-01)
l Achieve MCM PO and initiate key growth programs at the assigned key accounts and segment
l Understand market trend and competition dynamics to develop account strategy and tactics
l Develop and maintain strong relationships and partnership with decision makers to drive customer satisfaction improvement
l Work closely with market and technical to drive and capture the growth opportunities
l Work with ATG and R&D team for product modification and new products development and promotion
l Follow up MCM business process to manage price, handle quality complaint and product management
l Bachelor degree or above on electronic materials or materials science
l Excellent key accounts management skills and proven solid record on managing key accounts.
l Over 5 years solid sales and business development experience.
l Self-starter with strong initiative
l Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
l Excellent written and spoken English.
l Highly frequent travel in China is required
